This one actually started out as a simple Clothes Meme. So, I was tasked with picking my favorite character in the outfit under C3, which was this cute little Poodle Skirt outfit. Well…. one thing led to another, and what started out as drawing Winry in the 50s fashion turned into a full blown out picture xD Basically, I really liked how it turned out, so I wanted to pretty it up a bit more. Add a bit of a retro background and give it more of that Mid-Century Modern sort of style to it ^u^
