I’ve been a few months in this fandom but I’ve never seen anyone talk about why does Den have an automail leg? What did even happen to him?? Neither the manga nor the animes said anything about what could have happened…

I felt so bad for him bc my own dog broke his leg a year ago and those where such a bad months for me…😢

Whatever happened to Den, I’m glad that he had Winry, Pinako, Winry’s parents and the Elrics to help him go through the painful treatment that automail implied.
