So cute I love them! This is weird but since you ended this chapter before they both left the hospital I’m like AND??? ARE THEY OK??? DID THEY GET THEIR PAINKILLERS AND ICE PACKS??? IS SOMEONE LOOKING AFTER THEM?? I’m in suspense now wondering if either (esp Ed) will be able to continue to compete. Great job!!

Hahah, that’s completely understandable. Now that you mentioned it, I wish I had talked about their treatment more (forgive me, there was an important conversation to cover :’D), but worry not, Garfiel was probably waiting to drive Winry back to the hotel with at least 10 ice packs with him, and I’m sure Marcoh gave Ed a good dose of painkillers because well, that must have hurt :S I will try to include some of that in the next chapter! As for the other stuff, you will have to wait a bit more to find out 😀

You did the action scenes really well in this, I enjoyed them a lot! But NO!!! MY BABIES!!! Please give them back safe!!!!

Ah, I’m really glad you enjoyed them!! I have to admit that this kind of writing (describing p much through the entire chapter, particularly describing things that I’m not familiar with, that is, figure skating) is /not/ my strength. Since I know  you’ve read a few of my fics, you have probably noticed I rely on the dialogue a lot, but there were only a couple of lines in this chapter. That’s why it feels even better that you think I succeeded!

(The other part under the cut bc mild spoilers, and I think at least one of my readers probably wouldn’t appreciate them (kilmartin85 don’t look))

As for that other part… Hmmm. All I can say is that things are /probably/ not quite as bad as they seem to be at the end of this chapter, and let’s look at the bright side: they have the chance to communicate now. If the accident hadn’t happened, I think these nerds would most likely have avoided each other until the end of the Olympics, and by then it might have been too late… Ngl, I’m quite excited to write the next chapters but I also have to try to stop myself from making certain things happen too fast xD The temptation is big.

IM LOVE THEM!!! I’m so glad you included paninya and Rose in this fic because so many people leave them out and I love them being bros with Winry! I also love Al talking sense into his brother because we all know he is the only voice of reason in that family. And I can just imagine Ed cringing going “no this isn’t about hockey…..it’s…..about girls” as his voice gets quieter and quieter and he goes all red !!! I love them so much

Aww, thanks so much!! Rose and Paninya are fun characters to write (altho I do admit taking some artists’ liberties because we don’t really know /that/ much about them) and tbh I too am glad I decided to include them 🙂 Winry needs friends. And yeah, that’s exactly how I picture Ed reacting, that awkward dork :’) Thanks so much for reading, I’m so glad you liked it!! :3
