This is a continuation of this piece in which only at Ed’s wedding did Mustang finally come to his senses. There’s a very pretty dancing pic on Pinterest that I referenced.
Today was just great. Winry has to sit in detention for an extra hour after school all because her stupid teacher is a big jerk.
After serving her time, she left the class and checked her phone. Winry sees a bunch of messages from her bandmates who all seem to have made plans in her absence.
Just as she was wondering how she was going to get home since all her friends had left school, she sees Ed sitting on the floor in the hallway. He has his earbuds in, so he doesn’t notice her until she’s standing over him.
You know that feeling, when you’ve known someone for ever, but then for whatever reason, you suddenly see them for the first time? I love that.
FMA is a story that has a strong beginning, strong middle and strong end. It has amazing consistency and continuity. Its characters are well written and clearly loved and respected by their creator, they grow and change and adapt and endure the terrible situations presented to them without loosing who they are. It deals with trauma and grief and loss of innocence and falling in love with someone because you just respect them that much. Add that to complicated military corruption, monsters, magic, murder, humor and friendship and you have Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood.

i wanted to shade this properly and do something polished but i rlly need to go to sleep lol so have this: a Royai / Tessa and Scott inspired ice skating au. Their number is set to Crime and Punishment because reasons. (also got lazy with the costumes forgive me, i wanted to do something with riza’s tattoo made of sparkles on her dress but! sleep)
