Why hello there Ed, you seem pretty eager to hear the answers 😉 (I’m just kidding, you have a pretty cool url Emma! I’m excited to answer these :D)

• Who sings badly to make the other laugh

I think we all know which one of them would be ready to embarrass themselves if that would make the other one happy. That would be Ed. At first when Winry hears him sing she just facepalms, but then she realizes how ridiculous the situation is and starts laughing. Ed’s goal = achieved.

• Who gets the other’s favorite food/dessert if they’re having a bad day

Some of y’all might think Ed is way too inconsiderate to do such a thing but I say no. After the promised day it would be in his best interest to keep Winry happy, and getting food is a simple solution in Ed’s opinion. Winry would of course bake him apple pie every now and then in return. 

• Who’s better at puppy-dog eyes

Oh Mr. Elric has to do puppy-dog eyes a lot to get away from his wife’s wrench so he for sure (Winry doesn’t have to do puppy eyes. Ed gives her what she wants anyway)

• Who tries to adopt any animal they find

While I said earlier that both Al and Mei could do this, I think neither Ed or Winry would do it. It’s not that they don’t like animals because I’m sure they do, it’s just, they already have Den and think that animals are quite a lot of work, and they don’t have a lot of time, so… it’s just more convenient that way. (HOWEVER when Black Hayate gives birth to several puppies when Ed&Winry already have kids, Roy doesn’t have to ask Ed twice that he adopts one of them.)

• Who takes flowers from someone else’s yard to put in the others hair

Ed for sure. He’s like “Pffft those people didn’t need those flowers anyway” while Winry looks at him disapprovingly but accepts the flowers quietly anyway. After all, it was Ed who gave them. (If Ed got caught in the act Winry would of course apologize for him and say the neighbors that Ed would surely hear about it. And he would)

• Who goes all out for holidays

What is it with me imagining that my otp:s don’t like holidays? I just think it makes sense with both of them losing their parents when they are very young? They have other things in their mind than presents or outfits or such. That being said, Winry likes the holidays a bit more, but it isn’t until they get their own kids that both of them notice that holidays can be pretty great. Seeing the children so happy is their best present (and Ed does his all to ensure they are happy)

• Who turns cleaning the house into a dance party

Hmm. I don’t have a super clear view on this, but Ed is a goofball deep in his heart and it’s a lot of fun to imagine him dancing with brooms and stuff and Winry laughing at her dorky boyfriend/husband
