Oh yes! Ed is definitely the go-to person when someone in the Rockbell-Elric fam wants to get a nice hairdo :’) I just talked about this with a couple of friends the other day and I think he’d love to do his daughter’s hair as well, getting all upset when she cuts it so short it can’t be braided anymore. But Ed would probably “revenge” that by doing even prettier braids for Winry and trying to make the daughter jealous. That wouldn’t work but Winry would watch Ed’s dorkness in amusement and secretly really enjoy all the hairdos she gets :’)

Whenever I see fics where Ed and Winry have only two kids I just laugh to myself because I’m 99.9% convinced that they would have a small army of children 😂

I mean, even Arakawa herself has said they will have “many” kids and I definitely do think that many is more than 2. I haven’t been able to decide how many kids I imagine them having but I have named 4 of them, Alan, Emma, Arthur and Elena (their middle names are honoring the dead people, like Maes and Trisha). They might get a few more after that but it’s safe to say that they are a sassy bunch :’D

I… don’t think I’ve ever said that I’m not gonna finish it 😀 I just said that I felt like writing the epilogue instead of the next chapter yesterday (and I did it) 🙂 I have a lot planned for this fic so I know there is still a lot to cover, the most challenging parts being the competitions (like… yikes I can’t write figure skating). BUT if everything goes like planned, I will be able to post new chapters weekly (IF I’m feeling like it, maybe even twice a week sometimes, but don’t expect too much). Hopefully I will be done with this fic by the end of this summer. The best way to get me to write is leaving me feedback, that’s what drives me forward 🙂
